This is where our referral initiative comes into play.

Here’s How It Works!

Every time you refer a friend, family member, or colleague in need of Refrigeration repair or installation services (provided they haven’t yet availed of our services), you’ll receive a cash reward!

Give us your name and/or the company you represent (if it’s a commercial entity) on the card provided by our technician during your most recent visit. Then pass this card along to a friend or family member, advising them to mention your name when scheduling their appointment. For each eligible new customer you direct our way, we’ll extend a $50 token of appreciation.

What if you’ve run out of referral cards, or never received one in the first place? Not to worry, just ensure your new referral mentions your name and provides a means of contact. The card is merely a facilitator for your referrals, but verbal recommendations work just as well!

  • Referral Definition: A referral pertains to a new customer with whom you have personally discussed recommending our company. Self-referrals are excluded.
  • Eligibility: The individual you refer must be a NEW customer (apart from yourself) who hasn’t previously engaged our services, and who resides in or owns a property/business within our service area. The new customer must complete a service with a total bill exceeding $250.
  • Reward Delivery: The referral reward will be dispatched once the new referral has settled their bill in full. We will send the referral reward in the form of cash, check, or a gift card. Kindly allow 5-10 business days after the completion of the referral’s visit for the rewards to be processed.
  • Disclaimers: Failure of your referral to mention your name will render the offer null and void. In the event that Coast 2 Coast is unable to ascertain who referred the new customer, no rewards can be granted. The referral reward is contingent upon the successful completion and payment of the initial service call for the new customer, and is applicable solely to their primary address on file with us.

  • Who is eligible to receive a referral reward?
    • Anyone! You don’t even need to be an existing customer. You simply have to introduce us to someone who subsequently becomes our customer, and provide enough details for us to reach out to you to deliver your referral reward.
  • Can I receive multiple referral rewards?
    • Certainly! If you refer 100 new customers to us, we’ll be delighted to offer you 100 referral rewards.
  • Can I receive more than one referral reward from the same customer?
    • No, only one reward will be issued per customer and/or address.
  • Can I refer myself?
    • Regrettably, self-referrals do not qualify for a referral reward.
  • Is this applicable to commercial clients, or solely residential?
    • Referral rewards are extended for both new commercial and residential customers.
